Tis the Season for a Christmas Tree Competition

It’s that wonderful time of year when the weather turns chilly, the days grow shorter, and the festive spirit is all around! At Uxbridge Dental Care, we’re embracing the joy of the season with our first-ever Christmas Tree Decorating Competition.

Fun fact: The tradition of the Christmas tree originated in Germany and eventually spread across Europe, North America, and beyond. This cherished custom symbolizes joy, light, and celebration, with some viewing it as a reminder of the Birth and Resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Here at Uxbridge Dental Care, our Christmas tree competition isn’t just about decorating—it’s about spreading holiday cheer and building stronger connections with our patients. Our staff poured their hearts into creating unique trees, making this a delightful and festive way to celebrate together.

This was my first time decorating a Christmas tree, and I thoroughly enjoyed it—despite a few hiccups along the way! From wrestling with a toppling tree to rearranging ornaments for the perfect look, it was a fun and rewarding experience. It was even more exciting to see the creative themes my colleagues came up with, sparking a friendly spirit of competition among us all.

A Showcase of Unique Christmas Trees

Our office now features four distinct, beautifully decorated trees, each reflecting the creativity and personality of our team. Some highlights include:

• A tree adorned with whimsical mushroom ornaments.
• A tree showcasing handcrafted, custom ornaments inspired by our practice.
• A tree filled with delightful winter creatures.
• A classic Christmas-themed tree in red, green, and gold.

As the competition heated up, we all started adding more unique touches to make our trees stand out!
