Crystal Ames
Office Manager
Crystal is the Office Manager at Uxbridge Dental Care. She began her dental career in 2012 as a Dental Assistant, where she developed a passion for providing exceptional patient care and creating positive experiences for patients.
Wanting to broaden her impact within the dental profession, Crystal transitioned into administration and practice management. Her clinical background gives her a valuable perspective and a strong understanding of the needs of both patients and the dental team. As Office Manager, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinic while helping ensure the team has the support they need to provide a high standard of care.
For Crystal, a positive dental experience begins well before a patient sits in the chair. She is committed to creating a welcoming, organized environment where patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in the care they receive.
“My goal as Office Manager is to create an environment where our team feels supported and our patients feel genuinely cared for. I look forward to helping make every patient’s experience at Uxbridge Dental Care a positive one.”
Born and raised in Calgary, Crystal enjoys spending her free time exploring Alberta’s beautiful landscapes and spending quality time with her family. She also loves discovering local coffee shops and is always happy to find a great cup of coffee along the way.

Suneyvy
Part-time Registered Dental Assistant
Suneyvy was born in El Salvador and spent much of her childhood in Vancouver before making Calgary home. After attending Columbia College, she began her dental assisting career in 2011.
She enjoys working closely with the dental team to help patients maintain healthy smiles and takes pride in making every visit as comfortable and positive as possible.
Outside the office, Suneyvy is a proud mom of three boys and an enthusiastic plant lover. She also enjoys spending time with family, watching scary movies, and playing softball.

Dan
Sterilization Technician
Dana Louise Santos, or Dan for short, was born and raised in the Philippines and moved to Calgary in 2013. Although originally interested in pursuing a career in technology, Dan found a different path while continuing her education.
In 2017, she was accepted into SAIT's Medical Device Reprocessing Technician program. Since then, she has developed a passion for supporting patient safety by helping ensure dental instruments are carefully cleaned, prepared, and sterilized.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys playing video games, playing guitar and ukulele, and spending time with her partner Charlene and their dog, Yam. She is also a fan of shoes, caps, LEGO, and a good nap.
